- Coordinator collects donations and Sponsorship Forms from participants and calculate the results
- Log on your member account and submit the Results Summary Form online (This step must be taken in order to complete the program)
- Donations can be submitted in the following ways:
1.Direct transfer to HHK (Hong Kong)
- HSBC Account 047-830-997-838
- BOC Account 012-873-1-051534-9
Please post the original transfer receipt along with the Sponsorship Form to HHK (Hong Kong), or contact HHK (Hong Kong) to arrange for collection at a later date
2. School/Group collects all the donations and issues a cheque. (For the cheque submission method, please refer to the instructions on the right column)- Donations below HK$5,000
Please post the cheque, along with the Sponsorship Form and the original transfer receipt (if there are other cash donations) to HHK (Hong Kong)

Please contact HHK (Hong Kong) to come to collect the donations and Sponsorship Form (Donations by crossed cheque: Payable to “ HHK (Hong Kong) Limited.” or “香港小母牛有限公司”. Please write down the student’s name and contact no. at the back of the cheque for tracing problem cheque)
